Primary
responsibilities include:
• Preparation of asset allocation analysis of
client portfolios.
• Preparation of retirement plans.
• Preparation of wealth transfer plans.
• Preparation of comprehensive financial plans.
• Completion and processing of securities and
insurance applications.
• Tracks status of fee-based financial planning,
securities and insurance sales.
• Design and preparation of specialty reports.
On-going tasks supervised by this position:
• Administers the Advisors Assistant Contact
Management Program.
• Administers the "Find The Money"
campaign.
• Administers the "90 day no-contact"
campaign.
• Maintains the financial product literature
and prospectus files.
• Prepare, when required, a Financial Advisory
Agreement.
• Maintain a file, by calendar year, of original
Financial Advisory Agreements.
• Money Status Report – establish and
maintain, on a continuing basis, a money status report
that shows the type and amount of client investments.
Provide the report at staff meeting, and when requested.
• Insurance Status Report – establish
and maintain, on a continuing basis, an insurance
status report that shows the type and amount of client
life insurance policies. Provide the report at staff
meeting, and when requested.
• Client Billing/Commissions Receivable –
in coordination with the bookkeeping department, arrange
for the billing and collection of financial planning
professional fees. Track commissions receivable Provide
a commissions receivable report at staff meetings,
and when requested.
• Recurring Action/Procedure Book – develop
and maintain a procedure book of recurring actions/tasks,
i.e. Completing A Financial Advisory Agreement, Processing
a Mutual Fund Order, Processing a REIT Order, Processing
a Limited Partnership Order, Processing a Fixed Life
Insurance Sale, Processing A Variable Life Insurance
Sale, Processing a Fixed Annuity Sale, Processing
an Index Annuity Sale, processing a Variable Annuity
Sale, etc.
• Other projects as assigned.

and must be comfortable with multi-tasking. Ideal
candidates will be motivated by perfection and satisfied
clients. Required: Series 7 Securities License and
CO Life Insurance License. Must be bondable.
Compensation:
Base salary.
Benefits: Health insurance (after 6 months of employment;
participation in corporate simplified employee profit
sharing plan (after one year of employment); covered

"Employment" begins after successful completion
of a 90 day probation period.
